The NSREF30XX is a famly of precision, low power, low dropout, series voltage references avallable in the tiny 3-pin SOT-23 package.The NSREF30XX offers 0.2% initial accuracy, 35 ppm/℃ maxim tempco. The NSREF30XX does not require a load capacitor, yet is stable with capacitive loads and load and can sink or source up to ±10 mA of output current, can operate on supplies down to 1 mV above the output voltage and output only 20uVpp noise(2.5V version), and consume only 130uA. All devices are specified for the wide temperature range of -40℃ to +125°C, and could offer both industy and auto grade. The NSREF30XX family is commonly used in solar invert, digital power, industry sensor, control system and portable batery power system.
