The MT72xx-xxx series is manufactured using BCD technology, offering high performance and high reliability.
These Hall-effect ICs integrate an on-chip Hall voltage generator, a voltage regulator (supporting supply voltages from 2.8V to 26V), a temperature compensation circuit, a small-signal amplifier, a dynamic offset cancellation system, and a Schmitt trigger.
The MT72xx-xxx utilizes a two-wire interface in application, allowing for one less wire compared to traditional open-drain output switches.
The series offers multiple package options: SOT-23 and SOT-23 (thin profile) for surface mounting, and flat TO-92 for through-hole mounting. All packages comply with RoHS standards.
