The MT836X-HX series is produced using the BCD process for high performance and high reliability. Inside the Hall lC is an on-chip Hall voltage generator, a voltage regulator for 3.8V to 60V supply voltage operation, a temperature compensation circuitry, a small signal amplifier, a Hall lC with a dynamic offset cancellation system, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output. It also includes a clamping diode at the output and reverse power protection to enhance the robustness of the Hall IC.
